Husk Separator
The husk separator, also known as husk aspiration or gravity paddy separator, is designed to separate brown rice from grain mixtures. Its double separation chamber design ensures a better separation effect.

The husk separator uses a double separation chambers design to ensure a better separate effect and stable operation. The separating conditions for grain are also easily inspected. - Sieve plate with convex design
The sieve plate is made of stainless steel which features a smooth surface and long service life. Its convex design ensures a better capacity and screening effect. The clearance between multilayer sieves is 35mm to ensure a smooth grain mixture separation. - High level of automation
The husk separator is equipped with an automatic stop device that runs only when there are raw materials to process and will automatically stop after the raw materials have been processed.

Working Principle
Because brown rice and paddy rice have different proportions and friction coefficients, they are automatically separated using an inclined reciprocating motion of the sieve plate.
